Reservations & cancellations policy
• To confirm any room or function reservations we require a 50% deposit and a fax/email as proof of payment. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE REGISTER A RESERVATION ONLY ONCE WE HAVE PROOF OF PAYMENT. • All deposit payments on confirmed bookings are non-refundable. The balance is payable on arrival, in cash or by credit card. Non-arrival or early departure: no refund. The total booking value is forfeit/payable. NB: Please note that by paying the deposit, you accept the conditions and terms as specified above (:Reservations & Cancellations Policy).
Terms of cancellation:
• Please remember the Castle has no TV facilities. • A castle suite accommodates only two guests. Social interaction with other guests can take place in various other social spaces available at the castle.
